Surviving The Push

To call the last three weeks hectic would be an understatement. “Humor Deeper Than A Holler” released and we did a show in Blacksburg, Va. to celebrate that event. Family and friends showed up as well as my two new author friends Jiffy Day, and Michael Abraham.

A couple of weeks later we were at our first Paws in the Park event. The books and crafts sold well, and we met a lot of great people.

A few short weeks after that, “Harold and the Angel of Death” released. On this same weekend, I joined other authors from the Union County Writers Club at the Monroe Branch of the Union County Library here in North Carolina. I met more new friends in the author community and sold several books.

The next weekend my wife and I were asked if we would like to join the Union County Art League’s event in Indian Trail, NC. We saw several friends and made a few more.

Last weekend we had our official launch party. A great time was had by all, and we sold several books to the people who attended. We even had a spider crash our Q&A session, although I was not informed of the unwelcomed guest until much later, I hate spiders. No authors, interviewers, or spiders were harmed during the streaming of this event.

I finally have a couple of weeks to catch my breath and continue to work on my next Lucius book. I believe I am down to my last story. I hope, in a couple of weeks, to have this book in the hands of my beta readers, and the journey begins again.

So, if you have read all my books, a new one is in the works. If you have not, check out the books tab and the links attached to purchase and read one. You will be glad you did.
